من دنبال نرم افزاری مشابه Ashampoo FireWall FREE هستم. این نرم افزار مختص ویندوز xp هست و در ویندوز های جدید تر و لینوکس کار نمی کند.

از کوبونتوی 12.04 lts استفاده می کنم

مزیت اصلی نرم افزار Ashampoo FireWall FREE قابلیت تعیین rule است.

یعنی این نرم افزار کلیه ارتباطات شبکه (شامل اینترنت) را قطع می کند. اگر تروجان و یا کرمی حمله کرد دیگر نمی تواند اطلاعات بفرستد.

هر نرم افزاری که بخواهد داده بفرستد و یا بگیرد با از این نرم افزار اجازه بگیرد.

نرم افزار Ashampoo FireWall FREE با تعیین rule اجازه می دهد که نرم افزار دیگر جهت ارسال و یا دریافت اطلاعات از چه پورت هایی و چه آی پی هایی می تواند استفاده کند.

به عنوان مثال من برای فایرفاکس کلیه پورت ها و آی پی ها را چه جهت ارسال و چه جهت دریاقت باز گذاشتم. اما کلیه پورت ها و آی پی ها را برای نرم افزار matlab بسته ام. یا برای نرم افزاری دیگر فقط اجازه ارتباط با یک آی پی خاص را خاص را قرار دادم.

هر لحظه می توان rule ها را پاک کرد و یا تغییر داد.

به طور خلاصه با این نرم افزار می توان کلیه فعالیت های شبکه را کنترل کرد.
