I've got 50 GBs of MP3 , it will take a whole year to convert them to sth. like ogg!

There is NO support for MP3 in Fedora!

Come on! First let me remind you that linux !=fedora .
That was the case about Redhat 9 and I personally don't think it had changed for Fedora Core 1.
You can download the mpg123 package plus the newest version of xmms to play mp3s under any linuxes.

I don't know wether this is enough or not? should I install it alone or I need some more packages ?
I have read somewhere that I should download and install 2 different packages to be able to use xine, is it true?

Combo یعنی اینکه هم DVD می‌خونه و هم CD Writer ه ( . البته CD هم می‌خونه ) ، همین. چیز عجیب و غریبی نیست.

البته بيشتر توي نوت بوك ها به خاطر مشكل كمبود فضا استفاده ميشه
در PC ها به جاي اون معمولا از يه DVD R به همراه يك CD Writer استفاده ميشه.

به نظر من اگه شما از xine به همراه kaffeine استفاده کنید دیگه مشکلی ندارید...چون همه فرمت ها روsupport میکنه..به علاوهvcdو dvd رو هم می خونه...و لازم نیست cdfs رو دانلود کنید

I think you did not installn fedora good and unstall it agian
but for multimedia MPLAYER is graet just download tar.gz package and compile it it can work good
you can find best article how to install MPLAYER in site and other persain n linux site
