Can I use my LAN to share my dial-up conncetion between my windows and linux?
actually i'm looking for a way to connect to internet via my windows connection cuz i'm still having problems with my modem on linux

Yes of course!
Just set up ICS (Internet Connectioon Sharing) in your window$ server and set the gateway of your linux box to the IP address of your window$ server:
#/sbin/route add default gw 10.10.10.1
as well as adding the primary and secondary DNS servers of your ISP to /etc/resolv.conf
